Data Dictionary Creator (DDC) is a simple application which helps you document SQL Server databases. It stores all the information in Extended Properties, so it's easier to keep the documentation in sync with the database as it changes.

Note: Previous versions of this application should be un-installed. Due to the fact that the deployment method has changed to use ClickOnce. Also requires .NET Framework 4.0

  • Preload all table information, this stops SMO from making unnecessary round trips, increasing performance
