Version differences SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005

This is a marvelous tool.  I'm planning to use it to document all of our databases using it.

However, I made one slight error.  I created the first iteration of the documentation using an instance of SQL Server 2005 and I would like to apply the same data dictionary to the original database which is on an instance of SQL Server 2000.

It would be very handy if a user could select the version of syntax (2000), (2005) or (2008) that is used in the T-SQL script.

In the interim, are there any suggestions as to how to run the script from SQL Server 2005 on an instance of SQL Server 2000.

Is there a wrapper which could be used to get around the syntactical differences?
